2 x 8gb sticks for use in Mini ITX with a 3570k

Any reccomendations for a pair for 8gb sticks for use with a 3570k in a mini itx board ?

I want to overclock but not massivly going to be a full time gaming rig running in a Bitfenix prodigy.

No I probably dont need 16gb , but I have a set of 4x4gb atm so if I was going to just use 8gb id be as well just using 2 of the sticks I have.

Use two of them, sell the other two.

Both interesting ideas, thanks. I do like the idea of dominators the most I think.
