Hi all, as mentioned in another thread, I've been away from PC gaming for a while and I'm looking at buying a full new rig later in the year - will pretty much need everything!
What's the deal with monitors these days? I've seen a lot of fuss around refresh rate and response times, resolutions etc and quite frankly, I'm confused. What matters and what doesn't?!
I've thought about single extra-wide monitors but previously had a triple monitor setup (DELLs) and found it very nice, if a bit overkill. I definitely think 2 monitors is the way forward for me now.
I've always used DELL monitors and never really had any issues. Seen this on OcUK and it seems to fit my needs - although 60Hz refresh rate - does this matter?!
Have seen things like GSync and Freesync mentioned too - this again is all new to me
Not looking to buy anytime soon, just want to gather some info.
