2 x Mouse, Same Polling Rates ?

Hello,

I need to replace my very old and well used WoW Cataclysm MMO Mouse, as the scroll wheel is kaput.

I have a Razer Deathadder Elite, i wanna use, but i wanna make sure the polling rates and DPI are setup the same, so my aim doesn't change much in games.

Can i do that ? I believe the polling rate on the WoW mouse is set to 500hz.

Will it matter if i keep them both plugged in so i can use them for different games if need be ?

even if its different it will take you a week to get used to the new one

just changed mice myself and been dialing it in as I get used to it

the worst thing you could do is swap between them that will really throw you out

If you can match the DPI and both mice have good or similar sensors there shouldn't be a huge difference in how that translates to feeling sensitivity wise.
