2 year warranty, am i covered?

Hi, could anyone help me?
I bought a noble chair from overclockers a little over a year ago, now the bracket inside the chair that the armrests screw to has broken and the armrest is all floppy. is this covered under the warranty?

I have a similar problem with my noble epic chair.

Was yours covered under warranty? What did iveeclockers do?

Contact OC on support forum. My Nitro concepts base broke and they sent me a free base, took about a week.
