20-22" LCD Combi TV

I'm looking for a 20-22" LCD TV for the bedroom with DVD & Freeview built in. Having a new built in wardrobe and got to sacrifice the dvd player and freeview box for the wife's "essential" clothes (I've managed to negotiate 2 drawers in the spare bedromm for my boxers). I'll be putting the tv on the wall inside the wardrobe so it will be hidden away when not in use. Anyone got any recommendations?

Been on holiday and thought there might be a reply but nowt. I've seen a Neon 22" TV combi in Morrison's (can I say that store cos not sure if OC do fruit & veg ) so if anyone has any knowledge of them let me know. I did a google search on it but can't seem to find much info.

I've been looking at these too. Problem is after even an older Viewsonic LCD being crap I'm not very trusting of these brands places like Tesco sell. It only leaves Toshiba and LG I think. I was aiming for the Tosh.
