Most PSU's have 20 / 24 Pin option dont they?? I know that Hiper I had and the Jeantech have a 20 Pin connector and a 4 pin connector which joins the 20 pin connector to make a 24pin to work on either...
The four extra pins aren't needed, but apparently help with power stability. So does having a PSU that has the 24pin power natively, rather than having by a converter plug.
If you aren't doing any overclocking or using masses of power, you should be fine.
