£20 and less monthly contracts

Im currently with 02 and have been for 5 n half years on pay n go. I have recently been spending about £30 or £20 a month on credit though so am looking for a 12month contract with phone and all the other stuff.

My mate is on an 02 £18 a month contract where he gets 100anytime minutes and 50 texts but he changed it to 50minutes and 500texts.

Ive looked in store and online and can only see 50minutes and 200texts a month for £20 this is not exactly the same.

I will change to orange or someone else if they can do a better deal but 02 have been quite good with me over the years. Should I just ring them and ask them to do something like 50free minutes, 500texts and a D600 for £18 a month as i have been with them for over 1/2 a decade?
