20 inch tft or 22 ?

Hi All i,m looking at getting a new tft Monitor ,i know the make that i want to get is 'Viewsonic' but after looking at the dimentions of the 20 inch & 22 inch ,there doesn,t seem to be a lot of size difference ,is this true ?
Dimensions (WxDxH): 48.5 cm x 20.1 cm x 44.1 cm
Dimensions (WxDxH): 52.4 cm x 24.4 cm x 48.2 cm

Those look like dimensions for the monitor, including bezel, not just the screen.
