20" Laptops What are the best Now or coming soon?

because i like to move the laptop around house and i occasionally take it on business trips 
Though I think i might need to get up close to a 20" lappy beast in the flesh just to get an idea how cumbersome it is to carry around.
Dell do a 20" laptop as well but they havent updated it on their website yet (it still has the x1800 in it i think)
I have a 17" atm. I wouldnt mind something a little bigger with a full size keyb instead of a laptop keyboard.
I have thought about getting a larger external monitor (min 24") and then wall mounting it in my bedroom and connecting it to my lappy when i want to watch dvds in bed or for gaming. hrmm maybes.
