Hey guys, besides the viewsonic 20" and the dell ultrasharp, what are the other 20" widescreen TFTs that are not on TN panels?

Thanks

go to:

www.tftcentral.co.uk
In panel search type in name of maufacturer.
Offhand, I know Acer and Philips make non-TN 20" WS LCD.

Anybody know of a non-TN 22'' WS LCD? - seems to be rarer than hen's teeth.
Sorry OP for hijacking thread.

sad, guess i'll juz have to hope for a 22" that doesnt have very bad backlight bleeding..

the viewsonic 20" is no longer available here, and the dell is too pricey..

Yeah all 22" are TN panels as they cheaper panels, i have the dell 2007wfp that has the Phillips S-IPS panel and i wouldn't change it for anything you can watch from any angle and its perfect.

I had the Dell E207wfp which uses the TN panel and being truth full it got on my nerves the crap viewing angles slight head movement and it was noticeable and the screen was always darker at top compared to bottom because of this.

This panel is rated at 16ms by dell but the Phillips panel it uses is rated at 8ms, can't say i had any probs with ghosting etc of any kind well worth the extra money imo.

I'll just wait for 24" price to drop.. =x
The samsung 24" seems good with a nice price, but too bad they dun come with black bazel and the stand seems bad..
