200/140 front rad?

I'm using a xigmatek Aquila case and want to maximize cooling on my new loop.
Now i can fit a 280mm dual fan rad in the top (magicool) and ether a 120/140/200 fan in the front, I'm trying to do it on the absolute cheep so am using stock fan xigmatek 200mm, now is it best to put a 140 rad in the front or a 200? I have found a 200 but not from OCUK.

if i fit a 140 front rad will be 200 fan be ok or should i also fit a 140 with high SP (EK Vardar) to pull? or just replace the 200 fan with a 140 on push?

i would replace the stock fan with a good 140mm fan.
