£200 budget

Would recommend buying used at that price point really, you would get so much more for your money and it would most likely last you/satisfy you needs for longer.

Would only need the tower, had a feeling I'd get more second hand however I was looking for a bit more experience in building computers so thought I'd just make one

You can buy parts secindhand and build it? Or a buy a secondhand pc and strip it and build it again.

Just get a 2nd hand laptop, all in and no fuss....otherwise a 2nd hand PC box. Lol imaging trying to source everything as cheap as possible....almost impossible, then what's the point. Better value in used one...faster too.
