£200 Floorstanders?

KEF 103/4s
KEF Q55s or Q35

All secondhand so not nessesarily what you want but you'll get great deals secondhand, a £200 pair of new floorstanders will be mediocre to good, rather than great to excellent.

Members market is good, nice kit well looked after by enthusiasts.

Please don't by purely on recomendation though, make sure you listen to the kit preferably with the amp you are going to drive it with.

know that ppl on Av will haev looked after the gear!

Right, I've changed my mind.
I'm now looking for some good floorstanders which can be second hand and am on a budget of around £300. They will get 80% HC use, and about 20% Music use (bumpy house, garage).
Going to be changing all my speakers now, for something a little different. :)

I'd still recomend the same speakers. :)

Mat,

Just bought those KEF Q35's - excellent!!

Also got - KEF Q 15's, a KEF 100 Reference centre, and a load of QED cabling.

Very very happy with it all, although I haven't really had it that long.

What's it worth, all that lot?

Cheers. :)
