200 fsb on xp2400

Hi everyone
quick noob question - stock xp2400 133 (266) - am i right in thinking that once i hit >200fsb frequency i can use ddr400 ram to its full potential? (obviously providing mb is accepting of it etc). Thanks in advance.

Yes, ddr400 will not be running at its "full" (non oerclocked) potential until you are running 200fsb

It will be running at its full speed, but u can start off with it as it is capable of running at lower speeds also (just incase u didnt know). And the mobo should accept it but possibly force it to run at slower clocks, in which case you can just manually incrase it by fsb.
