My system is:

MOBO: Gigabyte Z68AP-D3
RAM: Exceleram 8gb @ 1333Mhz
PSU: Seasonic G Series Gold 550w
CASE: Coolermaster HAF 912 Advanced
Storage: Samsung 840 120Gb SSD and 500Gb HDD

Overkill, but you'd benefit from selling yours and replacing it with 1600MHz RAM. Or you could get hold of a 2nd hand 3770K (it's not worth it new as an upgrade).

Can't see the point in getting faster RAM at the moment with prices as they are unless you can get some second hand. Real world performance gains are minimal at best unless your looking to bench.

I would go down the monitor route. Budget won't allow a 1440p screen but should net ypu a quality 24" 1080p screen.

If not, peripherals. Keyboard or mouse maybe? Speakers.
