Their you go, great overclocking potential. :D

TY, Think the only thing I would change there tbh is the hard drives to 2x500gb, as they want a tb..... though its also tempting to stick in a raptor, just to knock it up to the 2k and let them load windows fractions of a second quicker :p.

Also think they want 22" TFT's and they are no doubt going for the LG ones >_<

Ok fair enough about the Hard Drives. But the Raptor, their really is no need to go for the raptor to tell you the truth, so much money for such little gain. ;)

As for the LG screens, i have seen similar ones in a shop and to be honest they dont look very nice, thats my view anyway. :)

Thanks looks good, and I agree, from what I have seen of LG monitors they are nothing compared to a Viewsonic or Dell, heck they are nothing compared to my Belinea's!

If you had to spec a monitor to fit in that price range, that was 22" Which would you suggest?

Thanks for all the help btw :)

Hmmm tough one. Personally i wouldn't go for a 22inch screen as i cant really see anyones that sand out unlike one of the 20inch monitors. :)

But if i had to pick it would be the LG L226WTQ 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Black/Silver or the Samsung SM-226BW 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Glossy Black

I also have a maximum of £2000 to spend to build
the a high end gaming pc, now im a complete novice
when it comes to pc hardware so ive decided to use
************.co.uk as they have an excellent reputation,
and WOW talk about excellent value for money.

Ive only just started but could someone tell me
what is the difference between the 32bit and 64bit
versions of windows vista home premium because
************ tell me that if i want to have 4GB of RAM
i must have the 64 bit version of vista?

Also what does everyone think about this CPU and GPU choice?
(CPU) intel core 2 Quad Q6600 (GPU) Nvidia 768MB 8800 GTX

JB19 you might wanna read the faq, then remove that competitor URL and also make your own thread.

i would post a spec but theres not much point seeing as i cant see anything wrong with the ones other people posted :)

Is there a mobo that is good for overclocking, but which supports SLI also? Thanks!

Yep the Abit motherboard is great for overclocking, rock solid.

At this point in time SLI is a waste of money unless you game on a 30inch + screen. The performance you get out of a SLI configuration dosent justify the price you pay for that second card vs the performance you actually get out of it. :)

Yeah, its not my pc though, and they want it semi future proofing, so the ability to wack in a second card later down the line is kinda a must....

by the time a single GTX isnt sufficient there will be something new out which will offer a much bigger performance boost than SLI.

Very true, but anywho, need to find a decent clocking mobo that will allow the expansion, just incase.... :o

Also any idea what kind of clocks we could get from this rig? Thankies :D

Also which is better, the

Artic Freezer 7 Pro
Or
Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler
Or
Other suggestions?

Thanks!

Tuniq Tower 120 CPU Cooler :)
Thanks, right narrowed the monitors down, which would I be best with:

Samsung SM-206BW 20"
Dell Ultrasharp 2007WFP 20"
Belinea 2230S1W Pro 22"
Viewsonic Vx2245 22"
Dell E207WFP 20"
CIBOX C2201 22''

Spec wise im liking the Samsung, and from reviews from buyers it looks good, but I want to make sure I get them the best monitor for the money :)

*EDIT*

Right 2 things:

1) Whats the difference between *** Abit IP35 and the Abit IP35 Pro?

2) How does this spec look:

and
