2003 Server - Print Quota?

Hi,

Does 2003 server come with software in controling the number of prints users can print?

Also, can you password a printer, so that a user has to physically type in a password, in order to be able to purge a job to a particular printer.

1. No

2. No not password, but you can set it so that different users have different access. eg. User A can print only, User B can print and manage printer (clear queue etc)

sort of,

HP (and others) let you give a print job a password,
you then print the doc and go to the printer
enter your password and the print job starts
