2005 CTR advice

What realistically should you be looking out for when buying one with around 50-60k on the clock

Obviously signs of clutch slip i've also heard about listening for a knocking coming from the steering rack.

Anything else i should be looking out for specific to CTR's

not going to be for a few months, just trying to find out more about them things that are common to gone wrong and running costs etc etc. They seem to be good engines if looked after well from what i can tell.

how much is it likely to cost to get the valve clearances checked, and also will the timing chain need tensioning around 70k??
