2006 MK5 Golf GTi TFSI - Engine knock and rock

Hi all.

Hoping there will be a fair a few of you on here who will be able to shine some light on a very rough idling engine.

2006 MK5 Golf GTi 2.0 TFSI - AXX engine code and just over 135,000 on the miles

I have linked 2 videos of my engine running and hoping that the Audio is clear enough 1 video is of the knocking sound the other is with the knocking and the engine is rocking too.

No warning lights on the dash whatsoever.

I've recently spent £1500 having a camshaft issue sorted along with all the lifters and rocker arms all being replaced and a new cam belt and water pump.

That was 4 weeks ago and this has now started.

I'm at a loss to be honest only had the car since February.

This is the thing I place I took it to were a VW Specialist.

I've contacted them and was very firm with them and explained the issue and sent them the videos I took.

I'm taking it in on Tuesday they are going to strip it all back and do the diagnosis free of charge as they feel liable for what's happened. So just going to have to see what happens from there. I would like to think they checked everything first time around when they sorted the camshaft issue.

If it's going to cost too much I may have to cut my losses and get rid. Don't want to but I can't keep ploughing money into a car that may never be right.
