Just I'd share the fact that I'm not really one for new years eve etc, but after the years i've had I'm gonna make sure I see out with a bang.

Just to summarise this year I got told my dad had asbestosis and had 18 months to live :(

He died on 14th November.

17th dec split up with girlfriend after 3 and a half years :(

So as you can see 2006 has brought nothing good for me!!!

So roll on 2007 can't wait :)
 
:( Sorry to hear that, must have been terrible for you.

2006 has been a bit of a sucky year for me too. I've spent most of it being depressed and fed up. Had nothing to look forward to.

I plan to make 2007 a much better year. Going to show life what I'm made of and get out there.

First step, get a decent job!
 
Also a sucky year.

My fiance left me for some other guy.


So here's to hoping 2007 is a better year for all of us!

I'll be at uni still, can't go wrong there hopefully :D
 
Sorry to hear you had a bad time, 2006 was also probably one of the worst years of my life so hopefully 2007 will bring me some good fortune.

Mmmm well i've promised myself to be a lot happier this new year and stop feeling sorry for myself :)

Hasn't been a good 2006 for me either, family issues, failed attempts to move house, splitting with the GF, think the only good point was graduating from uni with a 2:2 in BSc internet & multimedia.

Roll on tomorrow, 2007 has got to be better, surely :D
 
2006 wasn't great for me. Average holidays, poor AS level results etc

Compared to the summer after GCSEs (2005) that was just heaven.
 
2006 hasn't been a good year for me either, my health hasn't been so good.

I hope 2007 will be better for the both of us! :)
 
2006 was not a good year all around it seems. My Granny died in august very unexpectedly, which has made the last half of the year kinda vanish by in a flash as everything's been sorted.

Hopefully 2007 will be a better one for everyone :)
 
Yea 2006 kinda sucked for me too,

Realised i was in a rut, not going anywhere in my job/life, found out my kidney issues may affect me sooner than everyone thought rather than later and falling totally in love with a girl whos already deep into a relationship with someone else, and seeing her at work every day..

not as bad as any of your problems but i wish it were better

2006 was a "transition year" for me really; I finished my IB, moved back to England from France and started uni. Split up with my girlfriend just before Christmas but meh, I'm 18, it's not the end of the world. Bring on 2007 I say :)
 
Sorry to hear that divaboy :(

2006 has been quite a bad year for me as well :( Mainly cause of one thing. I was diagnosed with Epilepsy back in March and its turned my life on its head. :( At least some good things have happened in my life the last few months, hopefully leading to next year being one of the best years yet :D
