2006 has been a woeful year for me. Nothing but bad news and bad decisions, fake people floating in and out of my life and a mean amount of self harm (not physical!). Thankfully I've hit an age where I really think that with positive action these things can be changed and blahblahblah. Here's to a new year. Sod money and cigarettes, this year I want a sound mind and a new set of friends. Word.

Good riddance to 2006 which brought my divorce and the associated loss of my home and separation from my son, as well as a 'redrawing' of my work contract (ie I now how have to do all the **** previously done by contractors) - 2007 can only be an improvement for me, so here's hoping for the best for everybody

Could say I achieved enough in 2006 (getting into Uni, etc.) but emotionally it's been sucky - realised some friends aren't as good as I thought they were, hung up on an unavailable girl, etc. Here's to a 2007 with less thinking and more doing.
