I am thinking of upgrading from my 17" Olidata tft to the Dell 2007WFP. Will a 256mb HIS X1950 run this screen ok? Will be using it mainly for internet use and watching video/viewing digital pics on with some gaming but not much. Will also be watching sky+ on it connected through my pc.

Would be nice to watch sky connected through s-video but hearing of bad quality image.

Don't really want to upgrade gfx as this one is only 5 months old or so.

You'll be fine, I'm running the Dell 2007WFP at native (1680x1050) even with most games albeit having to turn down a couple of settings on some newer games without any problems on a lowly X1800XT 256MM VRAM.
