2008 Macbook pro not booting up

Sup everyone

My macbook decided to play on me yesterday...

all of a sudden it just takes a LONG time to boot up. at first it just hanged at the apple screen on boot up and the wheel kept spinning...

so i did a permission fix and repair the disk using the snow leopard cd.

it still didnt work.. so i then wiped out the hdd and installed a fresh copy.

however it does load up but it is so slow.. literally takes me 10-15mins to boot up... what could possibly be wrong?

any solutions?

got the laptop tested by genius bar..

its actually the logic board which is the problem...

the problem i got is the laptop is out of warranty however...

i got the logic board replaced as there was a manufacturers defect with the nvida card back in march.. but they are tyring to tell my i only get a 90day warranty with the logic board which is pathetic :mad:

plus i spent 370 on a new screen last week.. bang out of order
