The bleep over DC's interview may have only just faded out yet we're already off to Sepang, just outside Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Form is a bit difficult to predict, in 9 years there have been 4 Ferrari wins, 2 each for Renault & Mclaren and one for Williams. Of course with thunderstorms forecast all bets could be off.

If you're interested in seeing what the tracks look like I've updated my Google Earth links and flyovers. Unfortunately it's still not perfect, Fuji for example is still low res and the imagery for Valencia is a fair age so the purpose built bridge isn't visible. To play the flyovers select the flyover folder and press the play button at the bottom of the Places pane.

Where are the weather forecasts coming from? Are we expecting rain all weekend? Or will we be stuck with dry weather practice and qualifying to predict a wet race?

So, who did well in the wet last year...... Hamilton (second time, not so good in Germany), Button as always, Vettel untill he crashed...

Wet Race + No TC + Early Season Unpredictability = Good Reason To Get Up Early!

It may be worth getting up early again just to see the world champion bin it at every possible opportunity...

Ferrari back on track this weekend. Just hope that Kimi hasnt lost his head after Australia.

Hopefully should be a nice lot of overtaking, Sepang is usually quite good for that due to the 2 long straights.

I am surprised that it took till the last couple of races for Hamilton to show his lack of experience. It does show he has quite an old head on young shoulders, but shows that no matter how talented/mature you are, there is no substitute for experience.

Amen to that

I could hear him doing those Mutley impressions in his helmet on Sunday. A true champion would bounce back and obliterate the opposition this weekend.... lets see if hes got the minerals!

well ill be up early again, although the pub isnt open for it again this week. so i dont get to droll over the fit barmaid again haha.

well try chatting her up again..... :D

The timing is all good for me, I start work at 7am on Sunday and hopefully won't have much work on :)

Hope it does rain, should make it an interesting race without TC.
