2008 R2 Domain Funtional Level

Hi,

Just want to check something.

I have 2 x W2008 R2 DC's and a W2008 RODC. After reading a few guides it appears that I cannot upgrade my domain functional level to W2008 R2 as I'm running a W2008 RODC?

Any AD pros confirm this? I'd love to be able to upgrade the Domain Functional Level.

Well you NEED to have everything R2 if you want Domain Controllers to be part of the AD "infrastructure" with an R2 functional level.

You liking the AD recycle bin then?

A RODC has to be R2 for this to happen too, to the best of my knowlege.

Yep, that's how I read it. Damn me for buying a 32 bit server with W2008 two months ago.
