2008 R2 SP1 help?

When I installed this and rebooted, (on a domain controller), a cmd window popped up saying:

Loslless Data Compression Tool

It ran through a load of stuff then vanished!!

Any ideas? Google seems a bit reluctant with the answer

All I know it, it's normal. Happened on every 2008 R2 and Windows 7 machine I've upgraded.

No idea what it's doing though.

Possibly compressing the files needed to remove the service pack?

didnt do it on my W7 machine AFAIK

Perhaps not a concern on a desktop OS?
