Hey,

My friends cpu fried tonight so it's time for an upgrade. She don't really wanna spend too much, but she's got a nice Geforce 9800GT so wanna max the performance for gaming ideally. Gonna reuse all other parts, but her old case was a mini tower useless affair, so a new case would be good if it can be squeezed in at the price level we're looking for.

Any ideas for said bundle, maximising the usefulness of her 9800GT?

What memory was in the system?

DDR2!

Also, no point with 4 GB Ram since she's running Windows XP, the Geforce 9800GT is 512mb. Can push the budget to £250 if worthwhile, but don't want the graphics card to become a bottleneck. Just want appropriate performance from the CPU to match the graphics card.

RJC, your bundle looks pretty nice to me, anyone else got a comment on it?
