200w PSU good enough for an E4300?

Hi,

I'm thinking of getting a Hiper Media Centre case but it's a low rise case and has a built in 200w PSU. Would this be enough to power an E4300 at stock. Only other thing in the machine will be a PCI TV card and an Abit F-I90HD motherboard using the onboard graphics.
