Got my Chopper out today for the first time this year. Well chuffed the weathers so good already. :cool:
Pics just taken with my moby so if any Pro pic dudes wanna tweak my pics I'd be more than grateful. :)









Anybody else been out today & have any pics ?
 
I've been out today, no pics though. First time since I bougth the bike 3 weeks ago. Was a little chilly after an hour.
 
Nice pics mate, weather was very nice today.

I went to go out but the bike wouldn't start, I then bent the key in the ignition barrel, scratched my Akrapovic on the garage door and broke my optimate. Royally ****** off!
 
I went out too!! Had to go early though as I had parts to pick up this afternoon.

Was fine where I live, nice and dry. Out of town it got wet, then there was snow in the fields, did get cold fingers but it was worth it!!

Was kinda slippy out there though and the bike was covered in crap when I got back, a quick wash and back under the cover and im a happy boy!

I had two options today, mine the preferred one - Take the Mille out for a first spin of 2012. The wife's - Go into town and walk round Mothercare, Smythes and Babys R Us.

Guess what option was followed?. :rolleyes:

Tempting but a wee bit drastic. :)

Hoping to get out for an hour or so tomorrow, weather permitting. Will post pics if I do.
 
I went out today. Weather was amazing here.

Unfortunately it didn't last long as there was somehow water in the petrol I got from asda. :mad::confused:

By the time I'd drained the fuel and refilled the tank I got maybe 30 minutes of riding in while the sun was setting. I have to admit it looked very pretty.

I wish I had pictures to show you but didn't have a camera. Hopefully next week will be as nice.

Very excited about the start of spring now :D
 
I rode the bike to/from work on Thursday and Friday, little bit chilly at ~5:45 but not too bad, glad it's at least this warm, not used the bike for commuting since the end of November (done a couple of rides at weekends in that time).

Unfortunately couldn't (or probably shouldn't :p) go out today as on Friday the engine management light came on, into the garage tomorrow, be interesting to see what courtesy bike they give me :p
 
Been out a few times this year, yesterday was the first in my one piece though, I then spent about 3 hours giving the bike a long overdue clean :D
 
Did two days in a row commuting the 20 mile round trip last week.....and as the weather is picking up over the next 2-3 days what excuse do we have for not getting back on again ?
