Oh come on we didn't really, yeah one of them usually dropped a little deeper but we still had two strikers (if not more) on the pitch a lot.
Note I wasn't saying it was bad, just saying I'm wondering if this is a sign of the formation he wants to play. At the beginning of the tour we didn't have enough attacking players to tell but now we seem to be choosing it.
There's a huge difference between Rooney wide left and playing a winger there. Both Rooney and Welbeck spent a lot of time up front when they played, wingers won't. Kagawa behind the striker would be a fairly big change for starters!
We just need to give him a run of games. Fergie would give him half a chance then drop him after one bad performance. When he is on song he is a beast.
