this screwed me over and made me realise just how hard Grace could be! Need to do that, maybe tomorrow as im training alone again!
I have a lot of time for the fact that you got a lot of other people to do grace and still haven't done it.

To be fair my movement pattern yesterday was:
Bend at hip (no knee bend)
stiff leg clean to shoulders
strict press
terrible lol.
Might need to get out of work early tonight so that i can go and get some gas!
