then things got silly.
atlas stone pressing. Ok this is stupid as ****, especially without tacky as the bloody thing wants to fall on your head as you press it. Physically cannot lockout due to position of hands and elbows!

thoughts:
knees weren't feeling good today, so wasnt looking forward to push press. Wanted 5x3 110kg log though so had to grin and bear it. Was hard work, but only failed the final rep of final set. Awesome! Will put the weight up to 112.5kg next time.
Killed my tri's doing log though so seated press was non existent.
stone shouldering is fun and easy to set up. Deceptively knackering especially with bad knees and after a hard workout lol.
Stone pressing is just stupid ****. Good fun though
