2013 Nexus 7=junk?

I ask because my 2012 Nexus 7 just slowly degraded to a useless piece of junk.

Despite resets and erasing the memory with zeros and countless other tricks and tips...it still becomes useless.

What are the 2013 models like? Would be ideal for the kids as long as they dont go the same way.

2012 N7 used pretty atrocious memory. I struggled to keep mine at a usable speed.

The 2013 model is much, much better.

Glad to know I'm not the only one having problems with a 2012 N7. Endless app updates from google doesn't help the cause & the fact its had about 5 or 6 versions of android installed over each one. I keep mine to watch ripped movies on, that's all its fit for now.

The Nexus 7 2012 was pretty horrible after a year, it's barely usable now, at least we know how they got the price so low at the time.

Nexus 7 2013 is still going strong, still a great little tablet.
