Is 2016 the year we actually see some DX12 AAA titles come to market?

Thought there was already a few Dx12 games popping about. Not that they are good or what not but still there are games out there.

IIRC Ashes of the singularity, Caffeine, Descent underground, Squad all currently support Dx12, And arma 3, ark and some other games are due updates that open DX12 support.

Just do it before the offer runs out or you'd have to pay for the experience.

Ashes of a singularity will hopefully come out of beta but I can't think of any other D12 ones yet.

There won't be any update for this to the original game. The sequel is planned to have it but I'm not aware that work has started on it yet. Check the WMD forums if you are a member.

Microsoft said to expect the first DX12 games to be made available around “holiday 2015″, when “50% of all new PC games will be DX12 compatible.

Squad is a great start to 2016. I think it used the Unreal 4 engine, not sure about DX12

Personally I'll be forced to dual boot 7 and 10 (just for gaming) unless MS give back more control over the retarded Windows update settings. I do too much stuff where its impossible to anticipate deferred restarts, etc. and/or require continuous uptime as best as possible.

Buying a Windows 10 tablet was a waste of time as more often than not I pick it up to do something quickly to be greeted with Windows installing updates and turn to my older Windows 8 tablet to actually do things.

You can try 3dmark, about 10-15 times faster in terms of draw calls in DX12.

Roff at it again zzzzz I've never seen anyone have as many issues as you in regards to updates, its just one thing after another.

Witcher 3 getting dx12 features when next dlc released.
