2017 MacBook Pro 13" dock

Since selling my iMac and moving my PC downstairs, I want the option to put my MacBook Pro into a dock so I can share the screen that the PC uses. I only use the PC for games and much prefer macOS for day to day stuff so I want to be able to switch between the two.

I don't have enough desk space to have it laid flat so I'm looking for a vertical dock that connects to my monitor so I can simply switch inputs. Anyone running one and can recommend something?

I just got a Dell U3818DW which has a USB-C connection which I plug my MacBook Pro into for display/power/USB hub connectivity. My PC connects via the HDMI port and a USB upstream port. I can switch both the monitor and keyboard/mouse between my Mac and PC via a menu option, so I've reduced the number of peripherals and power bricks.

I appreciate that this is an expensive option, but my setup is for work and personal use.
