So far in 2018:

Weight has held steady, chest is finally getting built up again having overcome a shoulder injury. These lifts all feel pretty comfortable too, but am going to stick to adding 2.5kg every 3 weeks as it has worked very well for me so far.
Haven’t updated this in ages. In the meantime my bench has held well, my squat and deadlifts have progressed very slowly. Didn’t help that I got comfortable and too ambitious. I need to increase calories soon, bring on winter mode.

Edit: no wonder I am struggling with big lifts, my weight has gone down. Bulking time soon I think.
