Well my squat continues to suck, but instead of a rest night I decided to try some new totals. Great to have a functioning shoulder again.

Deadlift progressing well again. Shame I didn’t keep up progress in the summer, would have been much closer to my 250kg deadlift target. Definitely some room left in my bench too, but always conscious not to push my shoulder too much.

Happy considering I ended 2017 with:

Have a long charity bike ride booked for next year so will not have any real focus on 1RM's for a good 6 months now :(

Don't know if it matters but no belts/straps for any lifts, just chalk
 
Think I only managed 100 / 0 / 160 for 2018, had a naff couple of years training, I've just been ticking over really as my back got pretty bad atone point.

Trying to do .ore this year :)
