***2019 powerlifting totals***

After an iffy 2018 I am determined to get a higher total then 2017, current numbers are

  • Baxter --------------- 205 / 135 / 230 ------------------ [100] --------- 570
its taken me 2 years to PR again on the squat but this is the lift I think is about to take off, planning on testing 1rm on the bench tomorrow as well. Deadlift was done yesterday but feel there is a bit more there.
Actually training with others at time now as well so I will try to get some videos.

Got 140 on the bench today so new numbers

  • Baxter --------------- 205 / 140 / 230 ------------------ [100] --------- 575
I'm going to get the deadlift back to 250 this year and intend on finally getting into the 600 club

Sorry about the bold font - updating from my phone

Delvis ----------------- 110 / 0 / 140+ -------------- [99] --------- 250

:p

The deadlift was for 3*5, might do a max test next week as it's the end of my HST cycle. Also did 3*5*100kg for squats this week.

No bench press haven't done it in years, I did get 5 reps with the 36kg DBs which is a amazing for me, but can't really put that down.

Haven't done a great deal of strength training but here are my current numbers.

LiE -------------------- 170 / 130 / 200 -------------- [82] --------- 500

May get back to 600 if my joints don't explode and I focus on strength. 625 is my all time PR at 83kg.

2013 LiE:

LiE -------------------- 210 / 160 / 255 -------------- [83] --------- 625

Delvis ----------------- 110 / 0 / 140+ -------------- [99] --------- 250

Squat @ 120kg now :p

Not a lifetime PB (I think that's 125kg), but happy either way, attempted 130kg and failed.

I'll throw mine in for fun of it.

Gimli ----------------- 180 / 70 / 160 -------------- [72?] --------- 400

Squat was a *just* back in December. Hopefully get that more concrete/higher going forward. My bench/upper in general is shocking and is my main focus for the next year at least (coming out of a dieting phase soon). Deadlift is okay but room to increase and imrpove technique there I think, maybe the same for the squat now too (been a while). Get put off the big lifts now due to medical issues which is neither here nor there! Currently weigh about 66kg so I've put what I think I weighed for the above.

worked to a heavyish single squat the other day, I've definitely got more there but sticking to program(ish)

Kaptainmarc ----------------- 170 / 105 / 212.5(S) -------------- [100] --------- 487.5

bench is coming along nicely now, stuck 142.5 on today which went up nicely so grabbed a spot and got a good 147.5, bodyweight has gone up as well a bit.

  • Baxter --------------- 205 / 147.5 / 230 ------------------ [105] --------- 582.5

Praz -----------85/95/150--------------------[76]----------330

Man compared to some of the people im seeing above, im a little weakling :P

I feel I could be higher if my consistency wasnt so bad :( always been on and off gym due to various reasons, but this is pretty much the best ive ever managed

Haven’t updated this for a few months. Steady gains so far, have taken a lot of my program a few steps back. The next few months should be better.

Captainrave ----------------- 180 / 142.5 / 245 -------------- [87] --------- 567.5

Haven't updated for a while. Redoing my squat, so it'll be a little while until I push those numbers (it has always been my weakest link). Bench is increasing well with zero shoulder or AC pain and feels strong (not bad for 18 months starting from zero again). Deadlift is going well too and also feels comfortable. Just need to watch my fat level at the moment, but I generally trim down over the summer months when I don't have 'all you can eat' breakfast and lunch in work!

Captainrave ----------------- 180 / 145 / 247.5 -------------- [89] --------- 572.5

Should also add a pound for pound leader board too! Would essentially be the total weight you can lift divided by your weight.
