Posting this for reference and to open the discussion, so apologies in advance for the badly constructed post. Also last-minute heads up because it's 6 Hours of Spa this weekend.

2 8 Hours of Portimão, 13 June, 11:00
3 6 Hours of Monza, 18 July, 11:00
4 24 Hours of Le Mans, 21–22 August, 15:00
5 6 Hours of Fuji, 26 September, 03:00
6 8 Hours of Bahrain, 20 November, 11:00

There are quali sessions for all of these in the preceding days.

Seem to remember the shorter races aren't always paywalled and you may be able to watch legitimately on YouTube - but check first.

Nearly forgot about this in the end, having gone to the effort of making note of all the race dates!

Le Mans this weekend. I don’t think I’m going to get a chance to post the resources like normal. If you do a search for previous years Le Mans races on here, you should find most of what you need.
