2070 Super No DVI Port Problem

Thinking if upgrading to the 2070 Super at some point this week.

My monitor is one which only supports 144hz via DVI so due to the 2070 not having a DVI port anymore it looks like ill need to get an active DP to DVI adaptor.

I'm really struggling to find what to buy as some say 'active' but then say they only support up to 1920x1200 @ 60hz, others say DP to DVI Single Link which I read also wont work.

So I have 2 questions really;

1) Are there any cards that come with an included active DP to DVI adaptor (aftermarket - looking at EVGA, Zotac, Gigabyte)

2) Could someone link me the proper adaptor if none of the manufacturers are including them please?

Thanks!

I have a much older Dell 2560x1600 monitor which only has a dual link DVI port. I run it from my Vega 64 with a displayport to dual link DVI active adapter from Apple. It's powered by a USB port and I had it laying around from owning a Macbook with this monitor. It works fine.
