2070 Super warranty replacement?

Hello everyone.
I have recently bought a "Inno3D GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER iCHILL X3 Ultra"
After consistently using it for a week I noticed a big coil whine and fan bearings noises.
Possibly that is a factory issue, could be that a big threat to my GPU?
I just dont want to take a risk and make a replacement.
