2080 or 2070 super?

I'm pretty much dead set on either these two graphics cards. So please just advice me which one is better for this situation:

For 2070 their is the 3 fans card which is made by Gigabyte OC for $470 refurbished

Then their is EVGA Geforce XC Ultra for $500 (brand new) (2 fans)

Between this two, should I go for gigabyte because better cooling cos of 3 fans and $30 cheaper or EVGA cos its reputable even though its $30 more expensive and only 2 fans

Other options if actually going to run me $550 which is still okay but at this stage we got the after market coolers like MSI Gaming X for $550 or the rog strix for $570 or the FTW3 for $570 but all these are brand new.

So first gigabyte or EVGA for $30 more? And then EVGA or aftermarket for $70 more? My budget is $550 but can stretch it but if their is no huge difference between the EVGA and the FTW3 or rog strix then I don't mind EVGA especially cos I'm not gona overclock

Second option is RTX 2080 which again we have the Gigabyte OC $530 (3 fans) (used)

EVGA Geforce RTX 2080 for $550 (pre-owned)

Don't want to go as high as $600+ to get aftermarket cooler

I think I am def leaning towards rtx 2070 super cos it performs same and I can save me some money but I am torn between the cheaper EVGA Geforce vs the FTW 3 and the strix for $50 more

You haven't mentioned what resolution and refresh rate your monitor runs at?

I would say to go with the 2070 super evga XC ultra. The gigabyte card being a referb but only $30 cheaper is just not worth it as it likely has a much shorter if any warranty, you could get the ftw 3 but for a 10% price increase over the XC you certainly wouldn't get 10% more performance, 1-2% if your lucky.
