Yeah I just cranked the fans and 2.1ghz nowTotally normal...goes by temperature...if i crank the fans up on the 2070s it will bench at 2100MHz

Install Afterburner and push the power and temp limits to the max and the card will boost even higher.
Yes entirely normal, my 1080ti's have been doing the same for three years. If you buy a Pascal or Turing card that doesn't hit over 1950mhz then you've really been unlucky or have crap cooling.So I bought a 2080 super (Gigabyte Windforce) with 1850 max boost but it is hitting stable 1980mhz with no input from me, is that normal?
