2080 Ti - Weird Gpu Power spike in Firestrike

Hello. My card on stock,no oc. Aorus Rtx 2080 Ti Wateforce Xtreme. Today i run firestrike and looking on msi afterburner. On some second gpu power drop for 1 second and clock ,look.


Here,gpu power 58% and clock 1575mhz for 1 second,but gpu load 96%:

Normal clock, 1980mhz:

Any ideas? Rest pc no oc. Psu is Corsair 850 RmX,9900K on stock. Why that happened?
GPU connected from 2 separate cables from PSU.
Never saw that in games etc. Today iccidentaly in firestrike for blink 1 second.

Do you get stutter when this happens? There is a bug with Firestrike and Nvidia where if you disable the Geforce Experience in-game overlay you will get stuttering in Firestrike. If it's disabled please enable it and see if the problem is corrected.

So i run looped gpu test 1 , and for a brief second,gpu clock dropped like on screen , gpu power drop to 58% too. But gpu load stays 96%. That was for a brief second and not happened again. Is my gpu or psu faulty?

I don't think anything's faulty if it's not crashing or stuttering. GPU boost will vary based on workload and you may get spikes or troughs when you don't expect it. If frame rate remains consistent then I think it's normal.
