2080ti dead within 2 hours ?

I’ve just started the rma process as mine was slowly bsod more and performance getting worse.. it’s odd one, got to a point where I couldn’t apply any oc at all and when I tried using the scanner was getting 5mhz increase with 30 odd% chance of being stable, when I first got it I was getting 140mhz and 90%.. games often froze to desktop it needed a full power down to clear. Hope it is the card I gusss I will find out this week as it’s being picked up tomorrow. Didn’t get any space invaders though!
