What if you were not able to get a pdf? Do you think a screenshot of the order invoice would work? I forget if they demand pdf or take jpeg etc.
 
Copy of invoice or receipt, so screenshot should be fine. From their website:

Files must be less than 5 MB.
Allowed file types: png gif jpg jpeg pdf

Thanks also here is a tip protect the box when you come to sell what will impress most is a pristine card with the box and 2yrs warranty left that you will help them with. This is why i think Zotac AMP is a quality choice.
