20x10 Shed, need base!

I've had quotes for a cabin base, 5.2m x 2.7m, 150mm steel-reinforced - £1100, £1200, £1700 & £2500.
 
So this is the new area for the shed. Right back as far as allowed to the other house wall and right close to the fence on the far right will also be putting panels up first along wire fence.

As you can see it's quite uneven, the scaffolding will be removed once neighbours roof is done, I can then finish removing tree roots etc.

Any suggestions of how to tackle this? Level the ground and so on?
