21:9 and films

Hey Guys,

I am a very proud owner of dell's u2913wm...and there are no dead or bright pixels on mine

But when I watch blu-ray films using arcsoft total media theatre 6, I get borders on the top, bottom and both sides of the screen?

Are there any tips you can give me to get rid of them, or have no borders on the top and bottom please?

Look for the ‘Automatic Zoom’ feature in its right-click menu under ‘Aspect Ratio’. What aspect ratio are the films you're watching filmed in?
