2142 Northern Strike prepayed error

Ive just bought Northern Strike and i get an error when i try and purchase it with the Code. error seen in screenshot.

Errm this may seem like a stupid question....but you do have BF2142 yeah??? :p

In all seriousness though, make sure your using the account that has BF2142 to it.

Yeah lol i do have 2142 but i didn't purchase it from EALINK. And what do you mean using the account with 2142 on it?

Im guessing your account with EA will be linked to the CD key so when you register your game it will be linked with the username you use.

So if you have more than one username, make sure your using the right one!

No, i mean when your logging in to BF2142, use that username and password in EA link.

Lol. EA Link, ive found, is one of the buggiest pieces of crap ive ever had the unfortunate experience of using. :o

Well, at least you dont have to have it running when you want to play, unlike Steam.

Yeah just used my 2142 username and pass and its worked but the download service is down atm so i gotta wait longer to play...EA really needs to pull there finger out and get things sorted.
