2142 Will not start please help

Guys ,
After all my BF2 adventures I have decided to load 2142 . Now it installed from the disk fine and I have patched to 1.4.
I am running Vista 64 Bit with a Q6600 4Gb or Ram and a 9800GX2 .
When i double click the icon to start i get the message

Can anyone help me please ?

I'm assuming you've actually tried inserting the disc, right?

Lol , its ok chaps sorted now was running in Xp mode in compatability and for some reason it did like it .
